Description
This painting of Dutch rapper Ronnie Flex was made in 2025. It shows Ronnie in front of an orange background with white doodles about his life.
Ronnie Flex is a Rotterdam (Capelle aan de IJssel) based rapper got famous for making songs with Nouveau Riche, the label he was with back in 2012. He created a new sound and in 2015, together with his peers under the label TopNotch, he changed the Dutch hiphop game with the album “New Wave”. After this he kept rising and certifying the position as one of the first Dutch hiphop stars ever. In 2025 he dropped SDL 1, which was the inspiration for this painting. The orange background from the coverart was the key for the background of this painting.
