Description
This painting was created in 2020 using acrylic paint. It was inspired Mac Miller’s Diablo video from his mixtape Faces. This mixtape represents the incredible development and also dark period of Mac’s life. The Diablo video was used as inspiration to make this minimalistic portrait with the recognizable lyrics “everybody got dead homies”.
Mac Miller was an American rapper, singer, and record producer known for his introspective lyrics and unique style. He released several successful projects, ranging from the youthful KIDS to the drugs-influenced Macadelic and Faces, to the revelating and honest Swimming. Mac passed away in 2018 at the age of 26, but left a lasting impact on the world of rap music.
