This hyperrealistic drawing of Mac Miller was made in 2018 using charcoal pencils (B, 4B and 8B), a black watercolor pencil and white gelpen for highlights
Mac Miller was an American rapper, singer, and record producer known for his introspective lyrics and unique style. One of the few artists I admire that also feels like a longterm friend (eventhough we never met). He released several successful projects, ranging from the youthful KIDS to the drugs-influenced Macadelic and Faces, to the revelating and honest Swimming. Mac passed away in 2018 at the age of 26, but left a lasting impact on the world of rap music.
